Whether for fitness or for learning defensive skills, sports and traditional karate, we can offer all this and more.

 

  • Monday & Wednesday 7.00pm - 8.00pm (1 hour lesson)
  • Sunday 10.00am-12.00pm (1 or 2 hour lesson available, your choice)
